“I dont usually write reviews however I had such an amazing experience so felt it was necessary. John from sales and Tracie from financing made the entire process so easy and treated me like family from the moment I walked in . Even though it was very clear that I had every intention of buying a vehicle from them I still never felt pressured and was given multiple different options . I found a car I fell absolutely in love with but within a week of purchasing I unfortunately got in a pretty bad accident and the car was totaled. When I went back to Depaula to figure out the next steps I was treated with nothing but respect . Everyone in the dealership was quick to ask if I was okay and say remind me that a car is just a car . Because Tracie so highly recommend gap insurance and helped with everything I was able to get into a new new car less than 2 weeks after my accident. Same exact year and model (just a different color but turns out I like the pin stripes look more ) .I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come and talk with these amazing people because they truly made the experience one of a kind .”

“I have bought and leased many vehicles from DePaula Ford. I actually live 1/2 mile from another Ford dealership and rather drive to DePaula which is 25 minutes further away from me. When it comes to buying from them I'm treated fairly and in my opinion I can't get a better deal from another Ford dealership. I also have all my vehicles serviced for maintenance and repair if necessary. Chance has been my service advisor for many years. When I walked into DePaula Ford on Central Ave I meet Nick Antoinette. I told him my situation, and he got right to work to find me the perfect 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. He worked quickly to find me the best bronco for me and showed so much personalized care (such as having all of the doors open in the car for me to examine everything and I was so happy he also went on a test ride with me - I have been to so many dealerships where they no longer do this.)
