The car was already warmed up and ready for a test drive when we arrived, which made the process feel smooth right from the start. Carl took the time to walk us through every feature of the car, explaining everything in detail, down to the last button.
What really stood out to us was Carl’s clear, honest communication regarding pricing options, and the rest of the team was equally transparent. At no point did we feel pressured, which made this the easiest and most straightforward car purchase we've ever had. “Tim Deemer delivered exceptional service during my recent visit to Serra Subaru for new tires for my '20 Outback Ltd. He reached out the day before in advance to confirm the services I needed, verify that the tires were in stock, and arrange a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. When I arrived first thing the following morning, he immediately knew why I was there and handled everything efficiently. Once I returned home with the loaner, he followed up a couple of times via phone calls to keep me appraised of how the service was progressing + the dealership has a portal with text and video updates which was quite informative.
Thanks to Tim, the entire process was smooth, accurate, and straightforward. His attention to detail and proactive follow-through made a noticeable difference and reflected a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction - resulting in one of the most pleasantly positive service experiences I have had at a dealership.”

“Recently bought a 2025 Subaru Outback from Serra Subaru and we were treated great. Casey took care of us and did a wonderful job. She has continued to check in with us and is very reachable. My advice for anyone buying a new car is to do some research on extended warranties and if they would be good for you. The price and terms of these warranties is often negotiable.”

“I recently visited Serra Subaru for the first time after doing some research—and wow, what a refreshing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the manager and quickly introduced to James, a fantastic sales rep who truly listened to my needs. He patiently walked me through all my options, including a lease on a brand new vehicle (which I hadn’t even considered before!). I was pleasantly surprised to learn about a veteran discount and financing options that fit my budget perfectly.
Over three visits, I felt zero pressure—just genuine support. James laid-back, knowledgeable approach made the process smooth and enjoyable. Jessica in finance was equally amazing: professional, down-to-earth, and crystal clear in explaining everything. I felt respected, informed, and excited throughout the process.
After 20+ years since my last car purchase, this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had.
