“I updated this thinking this was handled.. it in fact was and is not.. I reflected this back to show the true meaning of the review. Once everything is finally done I will update as I wouldn’t wish the situation on anybody that is spending their hard earn money on a car they need. (update below) changing the stars to reflect…Well, I think I have tried every possible solution before coming here!! So I inquired about a vehicle this past week. They called next morning and sent me over pictures etc as I was out of state. After seeing walk around video I decided to move Foward. Everything up to this point was great! Customer service and communication with sales rep Brian was top notch. Credit application gets completed and I speak with manager Brandon about terms and warranties etc. everything still going great at this point. Docs get sent over electronically for me to sign. I take care of as soon as received and I was informed that they will work on shipping once deal is funded. Next day I spoke with both Brian and Brandon who confirmed deal was funded and they will have it picked up by shipper. This is Thursday by the way, so come Friday I hear nothing. Moves to Saturday, again I hear nothing and of course dealership is closed on Sunday and Monday for holiday. I did send Brian an email on Sunday night thinking I would be first call Tuesday. As of lunch time I heard nothing. I called the dealership to share this concern with BO the GM. Dillion said he was available and transferred the call in which Bo did not answer and I couldn’t leave a message. I just wanted to share this concern with him that follow up after the sale is terrible. I attempted to call the dealership back with no answer. At this point, I’m going to reach out to the finance company and let them know I don’t have procession of the vehicle and they can terminate the loan and figure it out with the dealership! (edit) I called the dealership several times today with no answer. I sent email to Brandon and text to Brian of course no follow up. Vehicle was delivered today with Crack in windshield. I spoke to shipper and they have a photo at load out of the crack prior to transport. Truck doesn’t open without pulling it up by hand. It should be automatic with push of button. The front driver head light is out and the car came with no tags or registration.. I did speak with Bo the GM who said that it would be emailed but that never happened and of course dealership is closed. So not only does the car have issues it also is not drivable.. lol please send your shipper back to pick this up! I already spoke with finance company and I’m good with them, so as far as I’m concerned this is your car. Do not ask me to call you back when you don’t answer. If your really care then you call me! I have done my part and then some at this point. (UPDATE) I was able to speak with one of the owners Jamie who was GREAT. He put in my contact with the service manager RICH who has also been great. They picked up the car, got it back into the shop and correcting all issues that were wrong and will ship it back. The new GM is also GREAT, he called and listened to my concerns and was able to issue a check to help cover my first payment as the I only drove the car about 3miles. The other two guys are no longer with the company! Clearly they were not a reflection of this dealership as a whole so I felt the need to help clear the review up. More often than not it’s all about how you handle situations that you didn’t plan for and Jamie/Rich & Mitch did that in this case.”

“I went here because I did get a great deal. I received money off when nobody would give anything off, that’s were the good stuffed ended. I purchased my QX60 Autograph on September 30, 2025, it was a Tuesday. I was told they would drive it 2hours towards me and I would meet them on that Friday. My salesman called me Thursday afternoon to tell me they couldn’t find any one to deliver it. Then I was promised swag for the inconvenience. With the delay of a week to receive delivery I decided to get the ceramic coating. I was told they were applying it on that Wednesday and he took my credit card. When my car was delivered there wasn’t any swag or paperwork for me to transfer to Pa license. I had to ask multiple times for my ownership papers and the warranty for the ceramic coating. Two week later I finally got my papers. I STILL haven’t received my warranty for the ceramic coating. I don’t think it ever got applied.”
