“I purchased a vehicle and had it shipped to me. The customer service was amazing. The salesman anthony did an amazing job went out of his way since I lived so far away we did the paperwork through e sign and my wife didn't get off work til 9 pm and we had a question Anthony responded without hesitation through text and we got everything figured out. “Purchased a 2016 ford transit drove it back home noticed and issue on the front right tire took it back the next day to get it fixed they replaced some parts and still continue to have issues and took it back to get it fixed it was when owner said that they wont fix the van that supposedly they even replaced parts but i mean if the replace parts it should be fixed but it hasn't. I had to take it to a trustworthy mechanic and now MY MECHANIC is saying that its a bad strut and cv axel. My salesman did all he could but working with the owner he has a bad attitude. He told me that I was probably making the sounds on purpose when he clearly saw all the videos. but at the end of the day the van is not drivable with a bad strut and Cv Axel and guess who is has to pay!!”

“I purchased a 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo AWD from Denali Motors LLC/ Ogden Motors in November 14 2025. I didn't take delivery of the vehicle until November 24th. The car fax looked good. I spoke to Roman one of the owners of the company and he seemed honest. Once I received the vehicle and I tried to get it inspected in PA the repair shop stated that the tires don't match and both of my cv axles are busted needs to be replaced and also the horn doesn't work. I trieId to talk to Roman and he stated the car was old and that was it. I then called his business partner Arthur and he hung the phone up on me, very professional. I then submitted a complaint to the Illinois State Attorney. As a car dealer you cannot sell a car the isn't road worthy which is a safety hazard. I am waiting to here back for the Illinois State Attorney, but while I am waiting on that I have retain counsel. Here is some evidence of the issues with the vehicle and my formal complaint.”
