“Zero stars. Terrible. Criminals. I am fairly certain my AFM system failed, which was confirmed by my personal mechanic. I was told by Mike the Service manager, that I needed a new engine. Which I questioned. Reluctantly, I agreed. I was quoted $4500 for the engine (3rd party), and 2500 for 16 hours of labor to install it. After 30 day of being jerked around, and what was now $9000, (the install fee magically went up to $4500 without any notification or consent. When I picked up my truck, they parked out on the street as if to say, don't come back. After I paid, I found out why. Not only was my light grey interior filthy and covered with grease (2-day-old , $450 seat covers , but there was what could only be described as a hatchet dent in my hood. I I drove it 100 miles and it broke down. Again. Same issue as when I took it in. Had it towed home. I wasn't about to let them touch it again , after the mess they had created. After my personal mechanic had assessed what they had done, It was apparent that not only did they do the engine install incorrectly, but they had damaged the wiring, and charged me for things that were just recently replaced in the last 90 days or were completely unnecessary, (Engine Mounts, Exhaust manifolds, etc). The Service manager (Mike) had promised a 4 year warranty on the engine, which the company LKQ has since denied to honor, because the work was done incorrectly. Long story short. This place is a criminal emterprise, and I'll be seeing them in court. Stear clear of WII.”

“We bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado. Dina and Jody teamed up and to deliver and exceptional purchase experience. They were both super friendly, professional and fun to work with. We got a great price on the truck. It is super clean and serviced by their own shop. I highly recommend buying from Dina and Jody at Wii.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with Dina while purchasing our pre-owned Honda Civic Si. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all of our questions were answered, worked hard to get us a great deal, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Dina, we’re now driving away in a car we love. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares about her customers!”

“Would give them a zero star review if I could. I’m here from out of town, helping my little sister move into her university apartment. Dealerships see California plates and try and siphon money out of you. Anyway - my sister’s car needed a routine oil change. I took my car to their service department, and was quoted about $53 including taxes. I get a call back saying they can’t complete the job due to a damaged oil plug and oil pan. Quoted me $250 for the repair, with an expected completion date of Monday. Red flag 1 - I requested pictures of the damage. Wasn't sent anything regarding the oil pan, and the plug looks slightly warped but is easily replaced. I sent the picture to a family member (diesel mechanic), he advised they should have a self threading expandable plug on hand, most shops do. I asked if they had one on hand, they ignored me. Red flag 2 - I was cornered into accepting their repairs at their rates. I was advised of the damage after the oil had been drained. I told them I didn’t want to go through with service repairs, but was told my only option would be to have the car towed as the engine didn’t have any oil. Accepting their service is picking the lesser of 2 evils. Red flag 3 - repair time. My sister is a GCU nursing student and relies on the car to take her to and from school. She has an exam Monday morning. Not having her car compromises her transportation and puts her at risk of missing her exam. The shop advised the repair could plausibly be done today, and upcharged me $50-$100. Avoid at all costs! What should’ve been a routine oil change has turned into a nightmare. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews before coming here.”

“Came back to edit and change my reveiw completely. I would stay far away from Wii Auto. Entire company is ran so unprofessional. Was told after 3 months of them working on my van that it is finally ready to show up to old trash parts and random bolts laying inside of it. Peices of my trim that holds the bumper on in the front want not reinstalled and the bumper was loose. Windshield wilers were back wards and missing bolt from diassembly. Fluids were low some were completely empty. The list goes on, i originally brought it in to a “Etc” failure “fuel pump” went out. After i get the bill back there are things on there that werent fixed but stated they were. I picked up the van thursday and drove it 400 miles to break down once again due to the same issue happening. Upon inspection i boticed my imploded gas tank and wondered how my shop of choice missed that or the venting issue my van was having causing these issues in the first place. 3500 tow home and back to square one, Jason the manager is completely useless and doesnt care about the customers more than protecting his terrible mechanics. Very dissapointed in the outcome of everything and i hope none of you deal with the same problems.”
