“My husband and I purchased a Chevy Equinox the salesman Niko was wonderful no pressure very polite and knowledgeable. Everyone inside from the finance guy, other salesmen very friendly even offered us pizza they treat you like family. I would 💯 recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.”

“I will give Walhbergs Chevrolet in Avon ZERO stars...I bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe XLT, with 80,199 miles on it. I drove 2hrs to look at it, because they would not bring it down to Worthington for me to see it. I test drove it, it is in really good shape for the year make model it is. I was not informed we could buy the service plan separately from the original purchase, so to keep my payment low enough to afford we passed on it. I was told it was in perfect running condition. Which was anf is a lie. I drove it home 2hrs and 200 miles. I drove it for 2 weeks and the motor blew up. Blew the camshaft and lifters, got the run around for over a month from them in Avon on how they were going to resolve the issue. Finally Eric Davis and the team in Worthington got it fixed for me. After 3 months of back and forth. I drove it 3 days and had to take it back. They fixed it. I drove it all summer no issues and now as of the first frost the truck is shutting down. Took back to Eric and his team in Worthington who have been great to me with all of this, now there is $10,000 dollars worth of stuff going on with the truck it is literally shutting down which is half of what i paid for it. I have not even had it a year...I am so upset and disappointed with walhbergs in Avon. It hurts too, because I got my Equinox from the Broad St location and I have not had any issues with it. Now I am out a vehicle and it will cost more then I paid for it to fix it...I will be contacting an attorney this is unacceptable.”

“I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was greeted by not one, but 3 associates. Matt took care of me at check-in. Very personable young man. I wasn't there long. Less than an hour and my vehicle was done, washed and I was on my way. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable and invited!!”

“Mike the salesman was awesome, found me a truck I loved the second he showed to me, and was never pushy, never annoying, easy to contact and get a hold of. Brian, the finance guy, also awesome. Great communication, was very nice, easy to work with. Those two are the only reason you’re receiving 2 stars. Mike told me about potential tire pressure sensor issue and told me to keep an eye on it. I did, the problem proceeded. Took it back to service a week after I took it home, and those guys didn’t actually do anything to my truck. All they did was rotate the bad tire, or swap the wheel out with another one, So I now have the same issue I was having, and it’s not a sensor issue, and the guys in service didn’t do a damn thing about it. Incredibly frustrating to purchase a very low mirage used vehicle, take it in to get the problem fixed, the guys in the service garage to not do a damn thing about it. Still going on, almost 3 weeks after.”
