ā€œāā˜†ā˜†ā˜†ā˜† Absolutely terrible experience. Before bringing my vehicle to this dealership, my mechanic had already diagnosed it with an engine problem. I still wanted a second opinion, so I brought it in. Instead of addressing the engine issue, the dealership told me the transmission was bad and quoted me over $3,000 to replace it. Even after I told them my mechanic had already diagnosed the engine, they still insisted the transmission needed to be replaced. After my vehicle sat at the dealership from April until nearly August, they ultimately replaced the engine—the very issue my mechanic identified from the beginning. This makes it even more frustrating that they initially tried to sell me a transmission that didn’t need to be replaced. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. My service advisor wouldn’t even return my calls and told me, ā€œWe’re a very busy dealership,ā€ as the reason she couldn’t call me back. That’s not an acceptable excuse when a customer has been waiting months for updates on their vehicle. Between the incorrect initial diagnosis, months of delays, poor communication, and recommending an unnecessary transmission replacement, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.ā€

ā€œI went to Sansone Auto Mall Kia intending to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Elantra that was advertised on their website for around $21,000. It took us about an hour to get there. My experience started poorly with the Internet department, which was beyond rude. When I called to discuss pricing, I was essentially told that I had to be physically present before they would even begin any meaningful discussion, and the representative practically hung up on me. This is completely unlike many other dealerships that willingly provide a formal electronic Out-The-Door (OTD) price in a transparent and professional manner. I do want to acknowledge Harry Yang, who was courteous, professional, and refreshingly straightforward throughout the process. He treated us with respect and without the usual sales fluff. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager, Eric Dennent (sp?). His approach came across as slick and underhanded. Once we arrived, he added a VIN etching and tracking ā€œpackageā€ to the vehicle price. Harry indicated these items were optional—which is exactly how they should be presented. After I made my offer, Harry went to speak with Eric. We then waited an inordinate amount of time in an ice-cold showroom, making an already frustrating experience even more unpleasant. When Eric finally returned, he claimed that the VIN etching and tracking package had already been installed and therefore could not be removed. If that is truly the case, then the advertised online price should have reflected the additional nearly $2,000 cost from the beginning. Advertising one price and then adding thousands of dollars in mandatory extras after the customer arrives is not transparency. To make matters worse, this was a loaner vehicle, yet the dealership offered a laughable discount of roughly $20 against their inflated price. The entire negotiation felt disingenuous and designed to wear the customer down rather than provide a fair deal. If you live far away and don’t want to waste your time being surprised with higher, previously undisclosed charges, avoid this dealership. Make sure you get every number in writing before making the trip. Once again, Harry Yang was a gentleman and genuinely seemed to try to help us reach a reasonable deal. The problem was management. Eric was completely unyielding and appeared committed to practices that I found highly questionable. I intend to file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regarding this experience. In my opinion, this dealership exemplifies why the term ā€œstealershipā€ exists. Unless you enjoy paying for unnecessary add-ons and surprise charges, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will never return. If I could give a zero star to this "business", I would, unhesitatingly.ā€

ā€œI had an issue with the paint on my new Kia K5. Highly Recommended – A True Professional I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Lamore Merchant, and he was an absolute gentleman from start to finish. Unlike other new car dealers I've dealt with. His kindness immediately put me at ease and made me feel genuinely cared for, like I was a valued guest rather than just another customer. He handled my issue with impressive speed and professionalism, keeping me informed every step of the way. The job was completed perfectly and exactly as promised. It's rare to find this level of care and competence combined with such a warm, personable approach. Thank you, Lamore! You’ve set the gold standard for customer service. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Sansone Kia to everyone I know. Henry Mayoralā€

ā€œI always leave this dealership with a smile. My lease was ending and I was conflicted on what to do next. I sat with a salesman named Widmar, who also sold me my Kia, to discuss next steps. He literally sat with me for hours to help me make up my mind. I really appreciated it. He’s very nice and personable. I ended up financing my car, but I can’t remember the finance manager’s name. He was super sweet as well. I also had Corey, who handled my car service appointment, and he was so kind and thorough with my appointment. He checked on me routinely as I waited and made sure I was comfortable with all of my choices. It was an overall productive and positive visit.ā€
