“Terrible experience at Volvo Cars Austin, especially when it comes to parts and service. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair, and it turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. Parts were either “not available” or constantly delayed, and no one could give me a clear or consistent timeline. Every time I followed up, I got a different answer. What’s worse is that the communication was extremely poor. I had to chase them for updates, and even then, the information was vague or inaccurate. At one point, I was told a part had arrived, only to later find out it hadn’t, completely unacceptable. For a Volvo dealership, you would expect a well-managed service department with reliable parts logistics. Instead, it felt disorganized and careless, with no sense of urgency or accountability. This was a huge waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I would not trust this location with my vehicle again.”

“Over 3 hours for a single tire change... One tire... not Four.. One. Be prepared to wait. Bring Popcorn and a long movie before you arrive. No offer of ride share or loaner car despite being asked. Talked to 3 people regarding whether they had my tire in stock, and two people said no. Thankfully the second person I spoke with confirmed by putting his hand on the 7 they had in stock. If you don't have to come here because of warranty, I would most definitely go elsewhere that values your time more. Nice staff but... yeah. Lastly, I was told they would get me from the waiting area only to find out they didn't. No compensation for time. Total Wait Time: 3 hours 15 minutes”
