“This is our second Mini purchase since 2011. The car is so much fun and sporty to drive at a fair price, but the best part of the car shopping experience is no salesperson ever bothers you. Either purchase time in 2 different cities. We had to ask for assistance!!! Love that nobody was breathing down our necks.

“If you drive a MINI, you already know we’re a special breed—half driver, half go-kart champion, full of personality. 🤣 And let me tell you… the service team in Austin gets it. They don’t just fix MINIs—they treat them like the quirky, zippy little rockstars they are.
From the moment I rolled in, my MINI was basically greeted like a celebrity on a red carpet. Diagnostics? Lightning fast. Communication? Crystal clear. Customer service? As smooth as a fresh coat of British Racing Green.
They didn’t just solve my issue—they gave my car a whole wellness retreat. She came out purring, shining, and acting like she just got off a spa day at PawGrass Park. I swear she drives 20% sassier now. 😎💨
The techs know their stuff, the front desk crew is actually friendly (rare these days!), and the whole vibe is pure Austin—fun, efficient, and a little bit weird in the BEST way.
If you want your MINI to be pampered, powered up, and treated like the tiny queen or king it is, this is THE spot.

“When it was time to replace my 2015 Countryman, I began researching cars that would meet my needs now as an older driver. The 2025 Countryman was my car of choice. My local dealer did not have the car on the lot and after a national search, I found it in Austin. I worked with Justyn DePaul and Damon Whitmer to secure the vehicle and have it transported from Texas to Virginia. Justyn took care of all of the paperwork for leasing a car out of state and Damon handled the day-to-day details. I would never have done a long distance deal like this if I hadn't felt comfortable with both of them and MINI as a brand. Justyn and Damon communicated to me during every step of the process. “From the start, I could tell that doing business with MINI of Austin was going to be a positive experience. When I first inquired about the car I was interested in, they were very quick to respond, communicated clearly, and were able to set up an appointment that same day after I got off work. When I arrived, I was greeted by Damon, the salesman that I had been messaging; and he was nothing but wonderful. He answered all my questions, was very patient and respectful of my concerns, and even allowed me as much time as I needed to inspect the vehicle (I was even provided water because it was over 100 degrees outside with zero shade). As for the negotiation and trade-in process, the sales manager (my apologies, his name escapes me at the moment) was very friendly, and really seemed to want to give me the best deal possible. I didn't get exactly the number I wanted, but, in the end, I believe what we worked out was more than fair. Thank you for not wasting my time with run-around b.s. What really stood out for me was what happened after the deal was made. Due to the fact that it was late in the day when things were finally agreed upon, the folks that clean/detail/gas up the car were gone, so I arranged to come back on Saturday for them to take care of it. Not only did they do an amazing job of cleaning it up, including doing a beautiful job restoring some faded plastic trim, but they also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I wasn't stuck sitting around twiddling my thumbs. It only took two hours and I was back on the road in my new ride.
Overall, this is the kind of dealership experience everyone deserves, and should I ever be in the market for another car, I hope that I'll have the pleasure of doing business with Damon, and the rest of the crew at MINI of Austin. Kudos!”
