“I purchased a used car here. I tend to dread dealing with dealerships due to long wait times and pushy tactics but it wasn’t the case here. The staff is not numerous but everyone is very friendly. Damon providing a very good service and always responded to my questions before I visited the dealership. Getting a test drive was very quick, and even was able to do it on my own without Damon going with me. The only downside of the entire process was the need to go to the BMW dealership next door to sign the finance documents but I learned that they are already working on this issue. Overall was a very good experience and I recommend them.”
