“Longer than anticipated to get a simple oil change. There was grease on my steering wheel and on the grill near the hood latch. Scuffs and footprints were found along the door sill, too. Customer service was friendly and welcoming, but not impressed with how the vehicle was treated.”

“Bought vehicle from this dealership 1 month ago. Scheduled service to be done and was told to bring it in. Drove 1 hour and waited 2 hours for them to tell me they do not have the right tools. Asked for my time and gas to be compensated and was told nothing can be done.”
