“Service department (and the dealership in general) provided great service especially Matt V. He took care of my car, explained what will they do, told me what still needed to be done and answered all my questions and completed the work in less than expected time. As driver of an electric vehicle, I was very unhappy with the sudden change of policy regarding the free access to the dealership chargers which was promised at the time of acquiring the car. Breaking promises to reduce corporate costs is not a wise client-oriented policy.”
