“I'm updating my review from 3 to a 4. I may come back and give a 5 depending on how the cars been for me so I'll come back in a few months. It would have been a straight 5 had I got the car at the price I wanted, considering the treatment I got last week, I thought I wouldn't come back. But thats neither here nor there! So back to the visit last week.. Ray is amazing. I won't mention the other guys name who tried to talk me out of a PPI cuz clearly it was needed. Ray understood my concerns and even contacted me the next day to see how I was doing. What really made the most difference in returning to Duffy's was the owner Daniel. He contacted me personally to hear what happened and listened to my worries and concerns. Daniel fixed some of the issues that came up and took accountability which is huge for me, cuz it's not all on him. I didn't come into the dealership for freebies and discounts, I came to purchase a dependable car that I feel good and safe in and I'd like to be a returning customer! With all that being said Im happy I got my car. I will be back for an update in a few months. Thank you Duffy's.”
