āMade an appointment on Tuesday for Wednesday which was awesome on 1 day notice. I expected to wait a long time but was out after just under 2 hours while I waited in the laid back waiting area. I had 4 TPMS sensors replaced and the cost was excellent, way under what I expected. Overall great experience, I will definitely return if more work is needed in the future. Super friendly and accommodating staff, never had a better service experience than this.ā

āWe bought our 19 Ford Expedition from Ira and had the best experience! We bought our car over the ending of the year so it took some time for the title to come in. They didn't have the expedition long before we stopped in to look at it. Our salesman followed up with us daily on the status of the title. Once it came in, he had everything all set so we could just swing in, sign paperwork and head home. Completely painless especially with two small children. Some time after having the car, we noticed the rear struts needed to be replaced. We called our salesman and he had us set up with their valet service to come pick up the car to bring it in. The service tech had it all set the following day and gave us a full breakdown of what happened. We loved our experience with Ira and will definitely be back!! Customers for life!ā

āI had an outstanding experience at Ira Ford from the moment I walked in, to the time I bought my truck!
The salesman, was very professional and yet very personable. We spoke and I told him what I was looking for. They were able to get it 2 days later! Even when the truck got to the lot there was no pressure to buy it.
kept saying , if you don't want it, there's no pressure! David made me feel very comfortable .
I have already used their service department for an oil change. Zach, found me discounts off their web site! Just outstanding sales and service. Everyone was very personal, kind and really appreciated my business.
I would highly recommend Ira Ford.

āI wanted to share my experience with Auburn Ford , back in June 2017...Kyle , was my salesman and one of the best salesman for Ford Raptors that I ever had...as my 1st Raptor was a Brand new Gen1 V8 6.2 liter ingot silver in 2012 purchased at Sarat Ford also in Massachusetts!
Back when this was Auburn Ford it was a pleasurable experience with sales and services department...always outstanding experience! Highly recommend!
Update : wanted to share my gen 3 experience with Ira Ford...back in 2023 wanted to purchase a 37 package loaded out Raptor in Antimatter Blue metallic and special ordered it ...Kyle was still working at this dealership even though it charged owners...Beautiful state of the art building, showroom and service department...Huge allocations big dealership...Kyle was the same outstanding salesman and it was 1 hour 15 minutes from my home in Connecticut...talked with Kyle on the phone and drove up to have the Sales Manager put a number on my trade and to special order or locate a Antimatter blue Raptor as they only had a Oxford white in stock at the time...dealership wanted a ADM on this Raptor for 10,000.00 over sticker...even on a ordered unit..so, I passed on the deal as I wasn't going to pay over sticker...offered msrp...dealership wouldn't agree...so, I left ! That's money your never going to get back!
Ford motor company definitely needs to do more with Raptor markups...not right to gouge a Raptor enthusiasts:( I may try to reach out to Kyle again in 2026 as I would definitely like to purchase a 2026 Raptor R ...but not for 50,000 over sticker like most dealerships are doing currently in 2025! What Ford motor company needs to do if they catch you selling over msrp...your store doesn't get any more Raptors or Raptor R's ever again!ā
