“I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this dealership, and I feel obligated to warn others. I returned as a repeat customer expecting honesty and reliability, only to be sold what was described as a “new leftover from 2024.” That vehicle turned out to have prior trunk repairs and a trunk full of water — clear evidence of damage that was never properly disclosed. That alone completely shattered my trust. After returning to the dealership with my father, I ultimately ended up with a 2025 Nissan Sentra. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. In just six months of owning this brand new car, I have already needed an engine repair. Most recently, my car lost all power while I was driving on the highway — an extremely dangerous and terrifying situation. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told they “couldn’t find anything wrong.” Being told there is “nothing wrong” after a car loses power at highway speeds is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. A vehicle does not lose power for no reason, and dismissing an issue like this shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer safety. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Between selling me a damaged vehicle under the guise of being “new,” repeated mechanical issues, and now a potentially life-threatening failure with no answers, this dealership has continually let me down. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice.”

“Gatta say car shopping can be a headache and time consuming i saw a add on instagram did a quick quote boris called me got me to come inn i got the chance to talk to mr HANS really great gentleman told him what i was looking and what i wanted they got to work. the financial department got to work and got me to where i wanted to be quick easy no headache smoothest transaction i ever done would recommend this place 100% its finally good to see ppl that care about just not selling a vehicle and also care that you’re satisfied with the purchase and experience overall”
