“Had a good experience here. Found the car of my dreams on a drive-by. Went in to see a really clean and well arranged car sales and care business. I received excellent assistance from Todd. He answered all of my questions, and even tolerated my ADHD interruptions without hard selling me, but his manager did bring in some of the hard sale technique which was a big turn-off (which is why this is only a 4 star review), so I walked out the door to do some more research and think it through some more, but also to let the irritation of the hard sell experience to disipate. I couldn't find another car like that one for the deal they offered, so I went back with my husband for a test drive and to purchase it. There were a few hiccups (not Auburn Honda's fault!) and they took care of the issue as quickly as possible. Thuan was genuinely helpful and also very patient with my ADHD interruptions.
