“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Massari Motors was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it. I have purchased and owned 37 vehicles throughout my life, ranging from everyday vehicles to luxury brands, and this was easily one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever encountered. Ironically, our initial salesperson was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and had done enough to earn our business. We were genuinely prepared to purchase either a Jeep or an Mercedes-Benz today. Unfortunately, everything changed when another employee came outside and inserted himself into the conversation. Rather than helping us, he immediately began questioning our vehicle preferences in a condescending manner. The interaction quickly shifted from customer service to what felt like an interrogation. The most insulting moment came when we were told we would need to have our credit run before being allowed to test drive an 11-year-old Mercedes-Benz S-Class priced under $50,000. In decades of buying vehicles, I have never been required to submit to a credit check simply to test drive a used car in that price range. As two women shopping for a vehicle, it was difficult not to feel that we were being treated differently than male customers would have been. I cannot prove the motivation behind the treatment we received, but I can say that the entire interaction felt dismissive, patronizing, and disrespectful. We walked away feeling judged instead of valued. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the dealership lost a legitimate sale. We arrived ready to buy, and the original salesperson likely would have earned our business if management or other staff had not interfered. Massari Motors should take a hard look at how potential customers are treated. No one should leave a dealership feeling belittled, questioned, or stereotyped when they walk in prepared to make a purchase. We took our business elsewhere, and I would encourage others to do the same. Furthermore we drove two hours to view both vehicles. To the scrawny lil dude with the overgrown beard that had his feelings hurt because we could afford his favorite car on the lot. GF bro. **AS SOON AS I SAT DOWN I SAID I WANT TO SEE THE JEEP AND THE S CLASS. I said this directly to the salesman. Who cares what my preference is when I have the money and the credit. Imagine replying to a review in this manner. The problem started when your additional sales lady inserted himself into a conversation that didn’t involve him. I’m from Texas. We drive Jeeps. We drive Benz. Thank you for steering us elsewhere.”

“DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Bought a truck here and couple days later it had some issues appear and i contacted the dealer immediately to help me resolve the issues. nothings resolved. they don’t answer me. and they decided to leave my business bad reviews from multiple accounts basically lying about my business who had never done business with them before. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER”

“Great experience purchasing out of state with Massari! Bought this car off Car Gurus from out of state. Dealer was very helpful providing details to allow me to purchase unseen. They were transparent about any fees and walked me through the details. They did have optional add ons, but were happy to remove those when I wasn’t interested. No pressure to buy the add ons. Dealer also negotiated on price to make the deal work. Payment was super easy and the car was shipped and received within days of payment. No delays in answering texts and phone calls throughout the buying process and overall great experience. After I received the car, I brought it to my mechanic for a 300 point inspection, and they commented on the great condition of the vehicle both mechanically and cosmetically. Very pleased with the car and how helpful Massari was making an out of state purchase an excellent experience! I highly recommend Massari Motors.”

“My father in law and I had a great experience. We worked with Hemzeh on a van purchase. We got the info and we coordinated to drive up from Philly on a weekend. It wasnt exactly close but it was fine(maybe 2 hrs away). The test drive went well and we made a deal for the vehicle. We left a deposit and then Monday we sent the rest of the payment. They did offer us delivery we took because it wasnt around the corner. That process was quick and easy and communication was all good between us. They were having an issue with the title company they use taking a long time( not their fault). We called as it was about a week and we just had the temp tags. We wanted to get it registered. Moe the manager was really apologetic and said let me drive over there myself and take care of it. Then we heard back from him he got it figured out and it should arrive in a day or two and it did. Highly recommend getting a vehicle here if you are in the Philly to North Jersey area. They do what the say!”
