“I purchased a pre owned BMW X5 from Hennessy Jaguar, and overall I had a good experience with the dealership. My salesperson, Jeremiah, was excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want just to make a sale. He took the time to answer my questions and made the process comfortable. Jeremiah definitely earns 5 stars from me. Unfortunately, I ended up unwinding my deal due to issues that were outside of Jeremiah’s control, so I ultimately left without a vehicle. Because of that, I can’t give the dealership a higher rating. The biggest downside of my experience was with one of the finance representative (little dreads). I found him to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional at times. There were moments where I felt I was being spoken to with unnecessary attitude rather than being treated with respect as a customer. That part of the process left a negative impression on me. Even with that experience, I would still consider purchasing from Hennessy Jaguar again because of the positive experience I had with Jeremiah and the rest of the team. If I return, I would simply prefer to work with a different finance representative. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars. Jeremiah made the experience worthwhile, and I appreciate the professionalism he showed throughout the process.”
