“We had the best car buying experience when we bought our Jeep Wrangler on 5/5/26! My wife and I have been searching several months for a new car. We live in Morganton. What we’ve been doing is when we travel to Durham, 2 - 3 times a month, we rent a different vehicle from Enterprise to see what is out there. We rented the following SUVs: VWs, Audis, Toyotas, a Honda, a Volvo and a Mercedes. They were nice and we really liked the Audis, but nothing gave us that OMG moment. The last week of April a big ole red Rubicon was available, so we said, “Why not?” We. Loved. It. We loved it so much so that we extended our rental x 2 days. The downside was it rode rough and it was loud. The next few days we heavily researched Jeep Wranglers and I had some questions about the different models and options. Since we were going to be in Asheville we decided to zip over to Fields Jeep to ask some questions. We had no intention on buying a vehicle. We went to the lot and Song Yun came out and greeted us. He answered all our questions and he showed us a red Jeep Wrangler Sahara! It was gorgeous! He offered for us to test drive it, and even though we had no intention in buying a Jeep we said sure, what the heck. It gave us the OMG moment! It was instant love. Everything about it was awesome! It drove so smooth and it was fully loaded! Still not intended to buy we went in so Song could run some numbers. Everything was good so we shook on the deal! And one key thing: Song knew his products, there was no sitting in the back googling different things so he could answer our questions. It was the right model, the right ride, the right color, and the right price, everything. I tried to comp the exact same vehicle at another dealership to help wheel and deal, but I couldn’t. By far Fields was less expensive than anyone else: it was amazing! After we and Song settled on things on his end we went to Sandy the finance officer to finish the deal. She offered us several different packages and add ons. Things we wanted, she kept. Things we didn’t want she trashed them. There was no pressure to keep anything we didn’t want! That was amazing too! Oh, there was no crazy $2xxx dealer prep or dealer value package add ons either! Here’s the thing, I sold VWs and Volvos for a couple of years, I hid that fact. I watched everything with a critical eye. When I sold cars I did so honorably, but I know of the tactics, ploys, tricks of the trade and lies that can be told to sell a car. Song and Sandy were honorable. Our car buying experience was the best. The Jeep is more vehicle than we had hoped it would be at a price that truly was unmatched. It’s not a luxury European vehicle… our bright red Jeep is much, much better! We are completely in love with our Jeep! Go see Song at Fields Jeep in Asheville for a great new vehicle shopping experience! You’ll be happy and amazed if you do!”

“I brought my mother's vehicle in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was promptly greeted at the door and checked in by Rainy. While I was there I decided I needed some tire work done. They got that taken care of as well. They had me in and out and back on the road in no time at all. During my wait I was able to meet the new Service Manager Jeff. He was very friendly and made it feel like I had been a customer forever. I'd recommend this place to everyone. This is the friendliest Ive ever seen the service department and Ill bring all of our vehicles here from now on.”

“Jesse and Dave did an absolutely magnificent job handling my purchase! They were attentive and showed great urgency and concern when it came to making sure I had a smooth and seamless experience when buying my car. They were able to properly articulate all the “need to knows” related to my transaction. This was my first purchase with fields and I was nothing less than satisfied with my experience. I work two jobs and was on a time crunch getting my vehicle. I was extremely elated and rather impressed (I don’t get impressed easily by the way) by the accommodations they were able to quickly make for me so I could get to my night job on time! Over above and beyond they went! If you’re looking to make a purchase Jesse and Dave at fields are the guys you NEED to see! “Wish I could leave them 0 stars! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! OR BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE OR ANY FIELDS DEALERSHIP! My truck was here for 16 days and nothing got fixed. Heated seat still doesn't work because they don't work on seats, mirror light that fell off couldn't be fixed because it was from Impact and insurance wouldn't cover impacts (even though it wasn't from an impact), and they couldn't figure out why the transmission was sending implausible data to the ECM and causing the check engine light to come on. Unbelievable! I could never get in touch with my service advisor to find out what was going on. Turns out since they didn't want to fix anything, they just parked my truck in the back lot and apparently left it unlocked. Because it was broken into. They said it must have been "jimmied". Which isn't plausible because of the alarm system. I actually jimmied the door with it locked and when I opened the door the alarm went off, and its loud! So long story, as short as possible. A tech intentionally or unintentionally left the truck unlocked, someone stole several thousand dollars worth of stuff out of the truck, found my debit and credit cards that were accidentally left in the console and spent thousands at stores before I noticed it, the staff and general manager offered no resolution accept to tell me to file a police report, out of like 10 or 12 cameras in that lot they said my truck didn't have any camera footage on it. According to them most of the cameras are fake. They dont make enough money to buy cameras I guess. Not enough McLaren and Mercedes dealerships! To say the least this has caused me a lot of undo stress and has cost me a lot of money. I am currently in the process of taking them to court for at minimum, their negligence in leaving my truck unlocked but also for claiming they couldn't fix my heated seat, which is as simple as replacing the heating element and claiming they couldn't fix the mirror because it was from an impact, which they had no evidence of. Hope you have time to spend in court! I'll be seeing you soon! The local news networks may even cover it, we'll see.”

“Wonderful experience. My salesperson was brig. Very Professional courtesy worked with real well .my cousin And I between the two of us is have bought five vehicles from brig. There is never no pressure whatsoever from the sales person to the finance department. Definitely recommend this place and ask for brig. Tell him Archie Griffin sent you. I get a kick back lol.”
