He was very calm, easy and genuinely friendly- never too pushy like I expect from many salesman at a car dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the numbers, but more than that he listened to me, and I felt heard throughout the entire process. He was honest and straightforward in how he handled things, and that immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to walk away from a car purchase feeling like the person on the other side of the table is truly on your side, but that’s exactly how Carter made me feel. I called Nick and told him I wanted an X5, he put me in contact with Greg and helped me remotely pick out the X5 of my dreams through their entire stock of X5 and a few X7s.
