“Carter County Dodge has an extended warranty that is well worth the money I had to get my car worked done and they went beyond their duties to make sure that my car was fixed. They sent my car to their Sister company they Hyundai dealer. I wish that the Dodge house could’ve fixed my car. I’m not unhappy with the Hyundai dealer, but the Dodge house goes beyond their means of duties to make sure you’re happy with their work. Brendan and Marcus are exceptional employees they are so personable that they really care about you. I recommend this Dodge house for anything to do with your automobile.”

O'Reilly ran the code for us, told us the code was P2002 and advised us to go to dealership to get forced regen done. We called other dealerships and all were busy. “Very rude people I called up there 3 times and got hung up on and redirected about a recall on my vehicle. I have tried multiple times to call and schedule an appointment like it says to do on the recall paper. They told me to call my bank even though my car is payed off. Horrible customer service very rude and unprofessional. The First Lady I talked to, I got redirected back to her 3 times and none of those times could anyone actually help me and she hung up on me several times. 30 minutes on the phone and none one could help me schedule a appointment to get it fixed. Why work in customer service if they can’t service the customer in a polite tone?”
