“I’m not the happiest with the service department as I’m having to continue to take my truck for repairs and they keep finding “new issues to fix”. After the last service, my truck was returned to me with a windshield crack. I want to say that I’m extremely pleased with the service desk employee, Nancy for quickly addressing the issue and replacing my windshield. I also would like to recognize the transport driver, Carmen as she is very friendly and has given me a ride home one too many times for the number of repairs my truck has undergone. Both Nancy and Carmen do an excellent job of representing their department with top notch customer service abilities. Thank you ladies for making a bad experience into a good one.”

“Ashley coordinates everything and communicates very effectively. The detail group cleaned my Z06 better than when it was delivered to me. Definitely my new shop for the care of my fleet.”

“I was visiting from out of state when the Engine Coolant Control Valve failed. Took it to Aransas Autoplex Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, they had diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Over the next few days, the service writer had a personal issue that kept her out of the office. So for four days, I couldn't get an update. I left messages with the service writer, the service manager, some random person in the service department...I finally did talk to the operator and she promised an update "right after lunch when the tech gets back." No update. Finally, late on day 4 (Wednesday), the service writer called and said she'd been out and the part was in. The work would start on Thursday. I asked her to rotate the tires while they had the truck, she said ok. I didn't get the truck until Thursday afternoon. I asked the sales writer how much the tire rotation would be (so I could pay it). She said "don't worry about it, I didn't put it on the bill." I thanked her and took the truck. The Engine Coolant Control Valve work was done, but the tires were not rotated. I know this because I have one tire with a very slow leak. After a week at the dealer, the tire was down about 5 pounds and it was still on the left rear, where it had been previously. The tech did dig through my truck looking for the socket to remove the lug nuts (when I got the truck the socket was sitting on the console). But the tires were not rotated. A week to get a minor repair done, with no update and no communication from the dealer for four days and the tires not rotated. Very poor service.”

“I dropped my truck off on March 28 for a March 30 appointment and did not get it back until April 10. For much of that time, it just sat there without a diagnosis. I was told they were short-handed and doing their best, but this was still a very frustrating and expensive experience. For the cost, I expected much better communication, more urgency, and a more thorough level of service. When they finally looked at the truck, I was told it only needed a forced regen and that the flakes found in the fuel filter were not metallic. What really bothered me was the lack of follow-up beyond that. I was given no real explanation of what the flakes could be, no preventive guidance, and no meaningful recommendations other than to keep an eye on it. When something unusual is found in a fuel filter, that naturally raises concern about whether it could lead to a bigger issue later. What makes this even worse is that after getting the truck back, the same code came back only 10 days later. So after nearly two weeks in the shop, I paid for service that clearly did not resolve the problem. That is unacceptable. I expected a real diagnosis and a real fix, not a temporary reset and vague answers.”

“When it comes to customer service, I learned long ago that Chevy dealerships hold themselves to a higher standard. Recently, it’s been my honor to discover that Aransas Autoplex reaches far above and beyond even the highest bar for the brand, reducing the word “competition” to a proverbial punchline in comparison. Chevrolet has consistently delivered ‘firsts’ for me. At 14, I learned ‘love at first sight’ doesn’t skip skeptics the moment my eyes fell upon a blue t-top convertible Camaro—my first love. Unfortunately, a few years later, it seems Bambie's family reunion ran on a bit too long and—in what I can only assume was a drunken deer double dare-- dumb doe eyes stared at me over a slick stretch of highway in a disastrous affair. Thus, Chevy also taught me my first heartbreak too. However, I’ve never come to Chevy with my broken heart already in my hands and—dramatic as it sounds—that’s basically what occurred when my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 was stolen and damaged. Its enough to break your heart if you’re a single woman new to town whose home (an rv) is DEPENDENT upon that truck to function. But Aransas Autoplex has come to the rescue. Heroes--like Ashleigh in Service--prove professionalism doesn’t necessarily quate to dehumanizing detachment. I don't think I've ever watched anyone multitask as much as Ashleigh yet, magically, he makes you feel prioritized For the first time, I'm stuck, utterly dependent on a truck. However, I have faith in this wonderful team, working around the clock to save my home. There is a reason Chevy was the first company I ever learned to trust and to everyone at Aransas Autoplex
 thank you so much!”
