“Not a fan of being lied to. Got my bill and it was higher than quoted. The rep told me it was just sales tax which, because of math, I knew wasnt true. On the receipt sure enough an added fee of "shop supplies" I don't like being blatantly lied to, even if its not a lot of money. This is why I avoid dealerships like the plague. Find somewhere else thats honest.”

I was looking to purchase a truck but I wasn't sure what brand I wanted and I worked with him a month prior to my purchase. he wasn't impatient or forceful at all and listen to my wants and needs and showed me what he had. at the time.
