ā€œI’ve bought two vehicles from them so far and they have been nothing but fantastic. If anything goes wrong with the car (which isn’t much) they have gone above and beyond with setting us up seamlessly (shuttle pickup/drop off or a loaner) and are very transparent about everything. 10/10 recommend if you looking for a new Mercedes or AMG. Hailey is killing it over there!ā€

ā€œMy 1 star review is reflective of the customer service received in resolving a flat tire/tire replacements - and not a result of the hefty bill I owed to cover services received. 1-Ā Incorrect expectations were set by the associate who scheduled my appointment. 2-Ā Unprofessional attitude received from the Service technician. Not including names as to not embarrass those involved. When scheduling the service appointment, the Bergstrom customer service associate implied my flat tire would be covered under a protection plan purchased when signing my lease. False expectations were set.Ā Based on that information, I decided to use Mercedes Roadside assistance - which required bringing to my car to a Mercedes dealer - vs. a local service provider as Bergstrom Mercedes is a 30 min drive. I contacted Bergstrom Mercedes Service to confirm how tires are covered under said ā€˜protection plan’. His responses on two separate calls were dismissive and delivered with noticeable frustration - being told he was not familiar with Zurich protection plan, as though my request for verification was an inconvenience rather than a reasonable question. Only then on my secondĀ call frustratingly saying he would ā€œdo his due diligence to checkā€. As a consumer doing my ā€œdue diligenceā€ to verify coverage before paying out of pocket feels both standard practice and responsible consumer behavior. However, the pushback I received from made this unnecessarily difficult. I’m really disappointed. I love my Mercedes vehicle, but the customer service from the Service technician has strongly influenced my decision to not return to Bergstrom Mercedes for service or a new Mercedes when my lease ends. I don’t need or want to be contacted by Bergstrom, nor will I reach out as there is no further resolution needed; however, customers should be aware of the customer service from Bergstrom Mercedes Service techs. I’ve interacted with BMW and Lexus Service techs who set a much, much higher standard. Mercedes doesn’t come close.ā€

ā€œExceptional service means doing EVERYTHING you can to follow up and make sure a customer is happy and has a good experience. I have had to explain and issue (caused by the mercedes service department ) over and over and end up being played off to wait for phone calls. I have had multiple unresolved issues , some never mentioned until I bring them up again and again and I still have a strange noise in my car that I’ve just learned to live with because that’s what they told me I had to do. I’ve had to argue for repairs to be paid for after a simple maintenance service leading to a complete electrical board issue. I am patient until somehow things are turned back on me and I’m pretty sure if i had changed my own windshield wiper I wouldn’t have left a piece of metal to scratch a permanent mark on my windshield. Just don’t like coming here but this is the only place for my car right now.ā€
