“Highly recommend this dealership, just bought a very clean 2011 Ford Ranger 1 owner this dealership. Scott was our salesman, my son just was rear ended and totalled his 2010 Blue Ranger. We found this matching truck and a painless deal made with Scott. Very friendly sales person, showroom is outdated which really adds to the experience, you know you're dealing with a company that has been around for generations. No problems with the ranger after a few weeks. Great company, Great salesperson.”

“We recently took our Ford f150 and Toyota Tacoma to have them undercoated to Dale James Ford. The Toyota was done to our satisfaction, however the Ford had the whole rear and looking like it wasn’t even sprayed. It was a bit rainy the morning we took it in and they said they dried it prior. We didn’t know if that was the issue or not of why it wasn’t completely covered. We called to tell them, the service man Jerry seemed hesitant but then told us to bring it back in. When my husband went to pick it up after they had it all day to redo, Jerry accused us of running it through a car wash and washing the undercarriage. Seriously! What idiot would do that after you just had it sprayed undercoated! We have a semi garage w warm and cold water and the garage is heated. We prefer to hand wash our vehicles and this vehicle had not been touched since the service. It wasn’t even driven because we needed to get new plates. On top of that when I originally called for a quote he then tried to charge more than the quote after the service . Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this dealership. Pretty sure the owner Scott would do absolutely nothing if I called to complain. So here is my review of this stealership and how they treat their customers instead of taking their responsibility for a job not done correctly. Donna Tomak , Orrville Ohio”

“How is this store even in business? Tried calling wanting to buy a $94k car. No one from sales was ever available, sat on hold. So drove down to the dealership and it was a ghost town. Waiting 10 minutes and never saw anyone. Bought elsewhere in a showroom not stuck in 1975.”
