“I do not recommend this dealership. The sales person we worked with was good, and we purchased a car for a decent price. However, after choosing a pre-determined time to come in and meet, doing preparation with paper work, and loan applications, we sat at the dealership for almost four hours with no progress. Finally at nearly 10:30 pm we were finished. They do not value your time or prioritize their customers.”

He explained everything in detail as we went through the process, frequently checking if I had any questions. He helped me get things set up in my new vehicle, and thoroughly went over the information screen and other car functions with me, which was so very helpful. He also remains available for assistance or questions I might have in the future. There wasn't the high pressure sales like I've experienced in the past from some dealerships, so this was just a great experience overall. “Overall this was my BEST experience I have ever had at any dealership. I brought my 2023 Chevy Colorado, was brought brand new and now currently had 62k miles on it (yes i drive ALOT to and from work) So originally brought it in due to having a hard down shift issue only in the mornings, which had been going on for 3-4 weeks with 3 other mechanics opinions and servicing before I was recommended to the Anoka Mauer dealership. They serviced it and explained what was going on, valve body needed to be replaced. They worked alongside the GM company to submit my work into getting some of the work covered since I was just out of the 60k mile warranty. So they kept it in shop for a few weeks during this process and got it fixed up, along with covering 99% of the charges for the work to be done. Then I received my full body report as they also did a full service... and Of course, just my luck there was a leak in the engine somewhere. So I brought my truck back the next day to have them address the new issue. They then re-serviced it and got it taken care of. They re-submitted this project as well to GM and was able to lower my overall costs in total by 85-90% of what I would then pay almost nothing in comparison. They did have my truck for about a month but with the overall care, support and amazing work they did I have NO COMPLAINTS!! Cannot express how thankful I am for all the work they did. Definitely recommend looking them up for your mechanical needs. Thank you, to Shelby & Michelle in the service department, amongst the mechanics that did all the labor. 😊”
