“0/5. Avoid. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. We made an appointment a week prior, & even called to confirm the appointment & desired vehicles with Carley. They had no idea who we were & the car we wanted to see was already sold. I found another dealership & car while waiting in their lobby”

“I was thoroughly impressed with my recent experience with Mazda in Annapolis. These folks are truly the BEST! Everything from the inviting pleasing decor to the genuine friendly care of the staff was exceptional. Brendan let me test drive the CX30 and CX5, he understood my needs and steered me (pun intended) in the right direction. The process was smoother than I expected and I was able to easily trade in my vehicle at a fair price and purchase my new one at a reasonable cost. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and would definitely recommend Mazda Fitzgerald. THANK YOU GUYS!”

“This was probably the best experience we have had buying a new car! Alex asked a few key questions and presented two vehicles for us to consider. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our trade-in experience was very good. As soon as I sat in the CX5 Premium Plus with parchment interior my decision was made. The entire visit, drive and purchase process took under three hours. The dealership was clean and comfortable.”
