“[MY REVIEW COUNTS AS 100 REVIEWS] I want to start off by saying. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this place definitely deserved one for me! I was having a very hard time, with getting a new car anywhere. I got a very bad deal from a used dealership, & looked anywhere to get out of a terrible situation. I truly felt defeated, & that I was not going to get something we all need.. a reliable source of transportation! I got recommended by a friend to go see an amazing man named YP (YOUNG PUM CHUNG.) Now I’m doing the same thing to you GO TO HIM! Man when I tell you he went above, and beyond to help, it’s an understatement. He’s who I wish I had came to first, and who I will continue to go to in the future. He worked with what I had to offer, which was not a lot! He honestly deserves a raise! He will get results, and ACTUALLY do everything, and more to help you get through the headache of buying a car! Very respectful, and attentive! I want to thank the finance team as well for their help, & understanding! Truly an amazing place! Tony also did an amazing job, & made me feel welcome, and reassured! “I had the WORST car buying experience I’ve ever had here. First, they held my husband and I at the dealer for 5.5 hours the day of the sale and we were told we could take the car home same day. It wasn’t until 4 hours into our transaction that our salesman told us he doesn’t have the title so we can’t take the car home today. We ended the night signing purchase paperwork and went home with a loaner. It took 8 days for the title to come in after our purchase. In the meantime the finance manager we were working with emailed looking for references, 4 days after our approval and paperwork signing. He argued with us and said we signed reservation paperwork because they cannot legally sell a car without a title. The sales manager confirmed we were correct and signed purchase paperwork, so they ILLEGALLY sold us a vehicle. Finally we went to pick it up and when we were brought out to the car it was dirtier than it was for the test drive and the front bumper is covered in bugs. The salesman argued with me and said they detailed it an applied paint protection. Not sure how you do either of those things and still manage to have the front filthy. It also has a deep scratch that wasn’t there during the test drive 8 days prior. I emailed the sales manager asking for proof the paint protection was applied and I have been ignored so far. I am truly disgusted with the behavior of the staff at Toyota Ann Arbor and will ensure all of my friends and family know to never come here”

Skylar is a newer salesperson, but she’s a great listener, which helped in the process of finding a vehicle that would work best for our growing family.
