“I was really excited to purchase a vehicle here, but unfortunately my experience left me disappointed. I drove two hours to look at and purchase a vehicle, and before I arrived this morning, I had not been contacted to let me know there had been significant changes to the deal. After getting there, I learned the financing terms were different than I had been expecting, and I also found a significant chip in the windshield that was not disclosed beforehand. Had those things been communicated, it would have saved me a trip and allowed me to make an informed decision before driving out. I also felt rushed the second I stepped into the dealership. Instead of a welcome, I was immediately told about changes to the deal. Clear communication is one of the most important parts of buying a car, and unfortunately that was missing from my experience. I’m not writing this review to attack anyone. I simply hope this feedback encourages better communication for future customers. I ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle because I no longer felt confident moving forward.”
