“Where do i even start. I rarely ever leave any reviews unless I just get the best service hands down. And let me tell, Michael over there at Blake Fulenwider Ford of Andrews went over and beyond to get my wife a vehicle whenever NOBODY could! Just whenever I thought there was no possible way. He called me 4 or 5 hrs later (given, I thought he was done. Lol) Called me right before 5 and said "what time can you be here". Not only did he find her a car, he got her EVERYTHING she asked for! 🙏. Michael is hardworking, genuine, friendly, and will do everything he can to get anyone in a vehicle..if he can't get you a vehicle. Then you don't need one! Lol. Jk. He was so good that we went back 2 weeks later and got another vehicle from him. True story! Shout out to his team too! So if you're ever in or around the Andrews area and you need a vehicle. “HORRIBLE SERVICE! I highly suggest getting your car fixed elsewhere. The fact that I keep having to call to see if my car is done and being told it will be ready tomorrow to call the next day and being told it’s still not done, and now I’m having to take off work to drive with a damn trailer to get my car!! INSANE!! A month of dealing with this dealership & their terrible customer service, technicians, and service advisors!”
