“Everything was okay. I had to return for a new windshield sticker and then return again because the change oil light was still on. It was taken care of promptly and all is well. The lady that checked me in was wonderful. She actually re-set the engine maintenance light herself and was very apologetic for my having to return.”

The advisors/staff vacuumed my car and showed me where the waiting room was and informed me there were snacks available (free) and they would contact me when my car was ready.
