“They did a 100k mile service on my GMC Sierra at a better price point than the competition. Plugs, wires, Coolant flush, new transmission filter & fluid, new diff fluids, and 2 TPS sensors. Scott was great with communication, pricing, and service. Will return... only thing keeping me from a 5 star review: Coolant was over a 1/2 gallon low after their service. I had to fill it up to the cold line before making a 2 hour drive the morning after my service was completed. Please don't forget to "burp" the system and refill before the customer picks their vehicle up... not everyone will follow up on the techs work.”

“Very impressed with how my family was treated at Ed Martin. We bought a used Chrysler Pacifica and they went above a beyond to make sure the vehicle was in excellent condition. Kris groninger was our salesman and we had excellent communication with him. I’m typically apprehensive with dealerships but I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had with one.”

“I would not recommend this dealership. My fiancé went here on Monday while I was at work. He got approved through Capital One for a ram. He brought me here on that Thursday so we can make the decision together. He was originally working with Austin, but Austin was on leave due to having a baby. So we got stuck with a different salesman - that’s fine. However, Scott got involved out of the blue and we waited two hours for him to give us the breakdown - which even he refused to do so. He begins by saying the payment will be almost $1000/month - when on Monday it was $750. He said rates jumped 3% in 3 days. He claimed he was requiring we get Gap insurance. It was not an option, but a requirement of his dealership because “they’re taking a hit on the trade in.” I asked him to show us the breakdown in numbers - such as how much for the trade in, the costs, etc and he refused. I asked for a print out so we can call Capital One and confirm the details. Scott (sales manager) flat out refused. Yet, when my fiancé was here Monday, they had no problem giving him the breakdown. You expect someone to jump into a nearly $1000/month payment and you won’t show them the numbers breakdown? Last time I checked, the vehicle was being financed through Capital One Bank, not Ed Martin so for them to require Gap but Capital One was not is absurd. I know they get kickbacks for adding Gap on, so that must’ve been the reason. He sat there and tried to sell us into it. He said we’re in a pinch, we can refinance, we are two months behind on payments. When in fact, none of that is true. I should have known better when we sat in the lobby for over 3 hours and not a single person came in. This truck has also been sitting on their lot for quite some time now - so long they’ve even dropped the price a few times. It does not matter what Scott’s response is to this review… even if he does have one. All that matters is Scott expects you to trust him blindly and refuses any transparency when you ask for it.”

“When you buy a vehicle from this place. Make sure you get told ur vehicle is Canadian or American. Also have a different mechanic look at the vehicle you buy when you pull off the lot. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle since owning it. My husband bought the car nice try. It’s under Matthew whittle”

“Bought a car from them. Went to do the first oil change (myself) and could not get the oil drain bolt off, very odd. Took it to them and they were able to get it out and gave me the oil change on the house! They really stand behind their work. Errol did a great job taking care of us.”
