“We needed a new car as the last one we bought from Northtown Toyota was 17 years old! We thought that end of the year would be a good time to purchase a new RAV4. We walked into the showroom and wete greeted by Scott who said he would be happy to help us out. He asked us what options we were interested in and what color we would like. He said we have one on the lot. He had it pulled up for us to take a test drive. We loved the car and said we would take,it and sat down to work out the details. We arranged a fair deal and he actually gave me more for my trade-in than I thought I would get, so that was a plus. We then talked to Kevin,the financial advisor. He was super friendly and very helpful explaining all our options. Finally, the car was ready and Scott had the car pulled inside so we weren’t out in the cold weather while he explained how everything worked.
