“Needed to sell a family car that was no longer needed and had not been driven in about a year. Wasn't sure where to start since I had only ever done trade ins before but a friend suggested CarMax. Got an online quote and had some questions about the sales process due to registration being expired so I called. The business office was great, very helpful with answering all my questions. Made an appointment with the online scheduling system and while it was really busy when we arrived they were pretty quick with our appointment time. All in all the process probably took an hour once we arrived. They verified the original quote with photos and the rest of the selling process was seamless. Would definitely recommend for how easy they made it but also the price was very fair for the car. Happy with my experience.”

“I never tried buying a car online before and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The car was shipped from California to New York. Everything was easy and went smooth. I was able to track the car during shipping. The people I dealt with at the CarMax near me were awesome. Test drive and purchase was a great experience. I couldn't be happier.
