I just purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram from Val, and it was probably the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no hassle, no pressure, just good vibes from start to finish. Val was helpful, honest, and not pushy at all, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Review is strictly for the service department. My truck (Ram 3500) has been in the dealer for over 2 months, service advisor is the worst person to get ahold of he basically only works 2 days out of the week. When I call for follow ups at this point it sounds like he has no idea what’s going on or where my truck is at. Last week he had said the technician just needed to wrap up and drive my vehicle. I call today and after he finally answered he said their other technician quit and they have another one trying to get working on my truck so it sounds like it hasn’t even started. I get parts and service takes time but 2-3 months is absurd. I would definitely not recommend this service department to anyone. ** I’ve followed up many times over the course of my vehicle being and most of the time the technician said he was waiting for approvals waiting for parts waiting for the tech and he had no idea on any time frame at all during the process. I’ve asked for a loaner in the mean time and they wanted to charge me for it. Keep in mind my truck is basically new and had an issue since I’ve bought it with vibration. So I’d at least would have hoped they would have had some sort of loaner I could use in the meantime. Just horrible customer service and horrible service department.

Called and got ahold of Devan Nelson. We worked out a deal on a new Rubicon X. He was very helpful and listened extremely well. I work in the industry and cannot say enough about how great Devan and Doug Smith were on this car deal. Well done! Thank you.

We drive over an hour to get here and we would do it again in a heartbeat beat. Tyler was so helpful and we never felt any pressure. The entire transaction was a smooth process and when we are ready for another vehicle we will be back.

Sales process went well but their process for certifying used vehicles is bad. Took my certified vehicle in after only 2 months/1,200 miles of ownership and (after 4 hrs of waiting) was told it needed $1500 of repairs due to "normal wear and tear". Doug Smith's 125 point inspection missed that there was a bad aux battery, dirty rear diff fluid, low front diff fluid, a non-working LED tailight, brakes at 4-5mm (below 50% wear required for CPO), and a dirty air filter. I didn't cause all of that in 2 months of ownership, they missed it during their 125 point inspection! I've looked at the 125-point inspection checklist and the dealership stated that things were okay that clearly were not, specifically items 15,16,30,72,75, 76, and 79 (see attached pictures). I am glad that I now know Doug Smith's CPO vehicle is not up to date on its service, I would've assumed the diff fluid didn't need to be changed until 80,000 miles and gone a full 40,000 miles past the recommended service interval (Jeep recommends changing diff fluid every 40,000 miles and I bought the vehicle with 46,000 miles). Now I'm worried they reset the oil light without changing the oil- they didnt even check off that item on the 152 point checklist!
