“I cannot thank Bergey’s Ford of Ambler enough for taking exceptional care from me. From start to finish, Bob in Service and the team were able to get my truck back up and running as good as new. I will drive the extra miles to take my truck there for service.”

“Just bought our new Ford F 150 and everything was amazing from start to finish. Drove 3 hours away to come here and it was definitely worth the drive. Eric was so amazing, patient and easy to work with. When we are in the market for a new Ford we will definitely make the 3 hour drive and come back here! Amazing service and everyone is very personable.”

“Bergey’s Ford of Ambler boasts a modern building with a beautiful showroom, automated car wash, tire and service center, and parts department, which is where I went during my visit. My reason for going to Bergey’s was too see about buying a replacement socket for the headlight of my mother’s Ford Escape. Just hours earlier, my mother and I researched the cost of comparable parts on Bergey’s own official Ford website. Though we were unable to identify the exact part number for the required socket, almost-identical parts’ prices ranged from $11 for just the socket and wires, to $60 for sockets with wiring harnesses and assemblies, which is way more than we need. I approached the counter and spoke to the parts representative, and after explaining what I was looking for, handed him the old headlight bulbs that came out of the sockets of her car, to be used as reference, fitted to ensure correct part, or to cross reference part numbers if need be. The rep went back into the parts warehouse and returned a short time later to inform me that the part I was looking for was not in stock. However, it could be ordered and available for pick up the following morning. I then inquired about the cost of the part, and explained how we had researched the cost of almost identical parts on the Ford website. Expecting to hear the rep give me a quote reasonably close to the $11.40 we found online, (from their own website, mind you) it surprised me when the rep told me the cost of the part would be- $70. After explaining how and why I expected the cost of the part to be around $12, I asked why the difference was so great. I was not given a straight answer. Instead, I was told that it had to be the socket and a wiring harness, or assembly, none of which was clear as to exactly what I was even getting. He simply explained that I would need to splice it into the existing wire, which I already knew and was planning on doing. I could not help but feel like I was being taken advantage of, feeling like a reporter who asks a politician a question, but doesn’t get a straight answer. Having worked for Bergey’s in the past myself, as well as at NAPA, doing business with Bergey’s directly, providing auto parts for customers, I can only express disappointment for being, what I feel was, taken advantage of and being over-charged.”

“I bought my F-150 at Bergey’s Ford in Ambler and had a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Walter Estuardo, who has been my friend for about 10 years, made the whole process simple, transparent, and stress-free. He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Bergey’s Ford and especially Walter Estuardo if you’re looking to buy a car.”
