“I had numerous problems after the vehicle was purchased. It took me over 2 months to resolve the issues. Once the owner stepped in issues were resolved. They did not properly register my vehicle and then told me to deal with it. I do not recommend I purchased a new to me 2022 Ford F350 Platinum tremor for motor turns of Houston from out of state. Mike in finance is the one who made the mistakes on the tag and would not rectify. If you have to go there I would recommend if they have a different finance guy or gal to sit with them. He has no common sense. There was one slight imperfection in the windshield. That the salesman didn't tell me about what I asked him. Is there any damage I should know about .That's the only thing that I could possibly mention Very disappointed in the customer service after the purchase.”

“This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. We were looking to replace my son’s truck with something newer for his tenure are Texas Tech. We called about a truck they had on the lot and spoke with Ronell. He answered all of our questions and got our financing in order while we drove from Magnolia to Alvin. Once we arrived, we were onsite just shy of an hour. We drove the truck, made a deal, Ronell got the truck ready for us to receive it, we signed some paperwork that Mike prepared for us, and that was it. We cant say enough great things about the way Ronell treated us and how he orchestrated the deal. They mostly deal with higher end vehicles that are out of my budget, so i dont know how often i will be able to purchase from them, but i would highly recommend anyone looking for high end vehicles to give them a call. The quality of the truck we purchased was superior in every way compared to our 3 week search and disappointment from other dealers upon arriving to see the vehicle. I just cant get over how great of an experience this was for us. Thanks guys.”

“We purchased a vehicle through Ron. Although we are happy with the car itself, the condition it was delivered in was unacceptable. The interior was visibly dirty, had stains, and even contained personal items left behind, making it clear the vehicle was not properly detailed prior to delivery. Which he said was and the stains happened on the delivery truck. When we addressed this, Ron stated he would only cover $100 because it “shouldn’t cost more than that.” After contacting multiple detailers, the lowest price we were able to obtain (even with a discount) was $145. We informed him of this and were told to “just send me a receipt.”The total came to $155 including tax. After we paid out of pocket to correct an issue that should have been handled before the vehicle ever left the dealership, Ron then stated he would only reimburse $145, refusing to cover the full amount. He also went as far as bringing up the cost of shipping our Jeep back to them, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate given the situation.After informing him that we were done communicating directly and would be escalating the matter to his higher-ups, he then stated his boss agreed to send the full $155.Although the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled made what should have been an exciting experience leave a sour taste in our mouths. We would not recommend working with Ron”
