“I unfortunately had the 10R80 transmission in my 2018 F150 fail and there is no warranty, so entire financial burden was on me! I had several different quotes from different shops and chose Robert’s because I perceived that Robert’s was not trying to gouge me! I got a new transmission and a 3 year warranty for $9600!!”

“I had a 12 year old part electric, part gas vehicle. I knew the large electric battery was a bad. I brought the car in for a number of repairs (not a new large battery). They were nice and fixed up the car 2400$. I thought they had fixed the engine light as well. They even told me my large battery was testing fine. I paid and drived it off the lot only to have the check engine light come back on. I returned the vehicle for more fixes and after new 12v battery and 600$ more in diagnostics told me I had a bad large battery.”

“Outstanding service. I popped in without an appt (basically just to get a 2nd opinion and a quote after another company tried to gouge me). They got me in immediately, the price was a fraction of what the other company quoted, took care of a couple recalls that I had neglected, gave me a ride home and dropped my car off to my house a few hours later when they were done. Could not ask for better service. A++”

“I was very excited that the recall from my echo port was finally available to do after at least two years. I was told they would need it for two days and I ended up being five. I am the one that found out. It was five because I called to find out when the car would be done after three days and was told it would be at the bare minimum the fourth day but most likely the fifth day. So I then asked for a loaner car because we needed to get groceries and other things. I was told they did not have any loaner cars because they were short staffed, but they could hook me up with enterprise. I then had to ask how am I supposed to get there because they have my car and they said for me to call enterprise and then they would come and pick me up. And then when the car was finished on Friday, I could not go get it until I got off of work at 5 o’clock, but then both enterprise and the dealership closed at 6 PM now this is where I was impressed when I called them to let them know they said don’t worry about it. Just come up to the front. We’ll have your receipt. When I got there, I believe it was the owner greeted me and we did not get charged for the oil change, which is really good because I would have been annoyed since it was. I think something to do with the oil pan or oil belt or I have no idea, but I’m very grateful that they did not charge me for an oil change. We were surprised that the fluids didn’t get topped off because our windshield wiper fluid is almost empty and I thought they usually wash the car but I guess not in winter time I don’t know it didn’t seem too cold.”
