“Great Outcome and Dedicated Team at BMW United
I recently completed the purchase of a new 2026 BMW 530i from BMW United, and I am very happy with the result, thanks to the dedicated team.
I began my search with Client Advisors Lizzie Luffman and Jessie Castaneda, initially looking at pre-owned 5 Series models within my budget. They were responsive and helpful, presenting several viable options.
My requirements eventually shifted from pre-owned to new. This involved some back-and-forth and a few complications, but Farand (Sales Manager), Lizzie, and Jessie picked up the process again and explored all the new vehicle options to find the 530i, which was the best fit for me.
The financial portion of the sale, handled by Dan Sylvester (Finance Manager), was definitely challenging. Being on a work visa made the process more complex than usual, resulting in a few hiccups. However, Dan put in the extra effort and was ultimately able to help me secure the financing needed.
In the end, everything was finalized successfully. Lizzie and Jessie expertly handled the remaining paperwork and car delivery. Despite the minor hurdles along the way, the team worked hard to deliver a great result, and I drove off excited about my new car!
