“I wanted to resolve my concerns privately before leaving a public review. Shortly after my service visit, I sent a detailed email to dealership management outlining my experience. Unfortunately, I never received an acknowledgment or response. Instead, I’ve received multiple automated text messages asking me to leave a review. I brought my 2024 F-350 in for an ambient temperature sensor warranty repair and a tire rotation. There were several issues during my visit: * I received conflicting explanations regarding the diagnosis and repair. * I had to repeatedly ask for status updates after noticing my truck sitting outside appearing ready for pickup. * The service advisor and technician provided different explanations regarding the repair process. * When I asked reasonable questions about the work performed, I was told, “We’re just doing you a favor to make you happy.” * I was charged a credit card surcharge despite paying with a business debit card, even though the posted signage states debit cards are not subject to that fee. When I questioned the charge, the conversation became defensive instead of simply explaining or correcting it. This also follows a previous visit where my engine air filter and cabin air filter were replaced without my authorization. To the dealership’s credit, the Service Manager immediately acknowledged the mistake and made it right, and I continue to appreciate his honesty and professionalism. For me, this experience isn’t about a $0.63 surcharge or a warranty repair. It’s about communication, consistency, accountability, and trust. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously because I’d like to have confidence in continuing to service my truck here.”
