“This dealerships' service department is top notch! Borys kept me in the loop and Jeff, the service manger, went to bat for me with a major issue. In fact out of 3 Mazda dealerships, New Century Mazda was the only one to diagnose and then make the corporate suggested fix to my 2023 CX-50 which meant removal of my drivers side rear inner fender panel. They offered me a hybrid loaner for the duration of my repair. That meant a lot to me as we are paying over $6/gal in this part of L.A.
