“I just came in for an oil change, and one of the female service technicians was very rude to customers. Their sales representatives will encourage you to purchase the Honda VIP membership by promising great benefits, including the ability to skip appointments entirely. As a VIP member, you are told you will avoid all wait times and be prioritized. However, when you actually visit the service center for a walk in, they cannot fulfill that promise turning you away every single day because they claim to be full. I specifically purchased this membership to avoid making appointments and to walk in whenever needed. Do not pay for the VIP membership; it is completely pointless at this Sheehy Honda branch. They can never accommodate your vehicle because they are always at capacity. Good luck getting an appointment, and even if you manage to schedule one, good luck getting your car finished on time. I have since started going to Sheehy Subaru in Springfield. The staff there are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. They even finish servicing your car faster than this location by several hours! So just get your parts there or let them handle it for you at Sheehy Subaru. Even though it’s a Subaru dealership, they will take care of you!”
