“I had a GREAT experience from LR of Alexandria. Let me 1st start by saying Mr. Jimmy in sales was amazing. He worked hard to get me a deal I could be happy with. When it came to finalize deal I was introduced to Mr. Nick in finance department who treated me more like family than a customer. The vehicle passed MSI but inspector noticed a small Coolant leak. I contacted dealer and spoke with the manager Mr. Mohammed who jumped on this issue immediately. I had an appt the very next day. He made no excuses! He simply stood by the vehicle and provided nothing but top notch customer service. Next day Ms Alicia in service assisted me and even called an Uber for me to get home.
