“I was nervous the day I went shopping for a car. Went to a few dealerships before I came here. Just showed up and I met Sascha, he was great, made the whole experience less nerve wrecking with his jokes and all. He honestly made the entire process easy and less stressfull, him and Jasmin in finance. I bought the car a while ago, he probably forgot he sold it to me already, but I've been nervous it's gonna breakdown on me since I drove off the lot with it as the entire process was just too smooth and quick, was hard to believe. Sooo I've just been learning it's features veryday. I'm new to the EV family and Sascha picked up on that. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had. I liked that he didn't lie, If he didn't know the answer to my million questions, he didn't try to make something up just so I would buy the car, we would try to figure it out together. That gave me a lot of confidence and trust in him. I was also really nervous that day because this was my first EV. I wasn't even sure about taking it for a test drive. Sascha walked me through everything without making me feel silly or stupid for being nervous and he made sure we didn't drive off the lot till I said I was ready to. He showed me all kinds of cool VW features the car has and made sure I understood how the car worked before we took it for a drive. I gave him a challenge as I said I didn't wanna spend the whole day waiting at the dealership and he made sure I was in and out with Jasmin once I decided I was going to take the car. Jasmin was also great and welcoming, she was kind and professional but still nice you know. If you're looking for a Volkswagen, ask for Sascha. You won't be disappointed.
