“Purchased a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid from them two years ago. Complained to them about the loud noise it made due to it being a hybrid, one of the service reps told me there's nothing they can do for this, suggested that I just trade it in, how insulting that was. Purchased and paid about $2,300 for an extended warranty through LDS, a few weeks later found that Honda offered a Honda care warranty with with more miles and years of coverage for $1400 which was not offered to me by Walker so so I canceled LDS got a refund and purchased the Honda care warranty through a dealer in another state, finance person at Walker told me that Honda care was not a good as good warranty as LDS, the reason that most dealers in this area offer LDS is because they receive a very large commission even though there are better Warranties that can be purchased directly through the automobile companies. Also purchased a tire, rim, dent and windshield warranty from them for over $600, my wife hit a piece of concrete and ruined the tire, she had forgot we purchased this warranty and Walker didn't even bother to look it up on their records and didn't get prior approval so it was denied. Another time had a nail in the tire which couldn't be repaired, the rep said the tire was worn too much so that claim was also denied. This was the first and last vehicle I will ever buy through Walker. From my experience they do not try to help their customers. The car was totaled about a month ago and we purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson from Giles Hyundai in this area with a much better warranty and many more options, plus the dealership gives you a 200K miles warranty on the powertrain if you have it serviced there every 7500 miles.”

“I had a great experience at Walker Honda. Brian Norman was my salesman, and he truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy without any pressure or games. Gary in finance was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made what’s usually the most stressful part feel straightforward and smooth. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Brian, Gary, and the entire Walker Honda team!!”

“If I could give Honda zero stars, I most definitely would. When I brought my vehicle to get an oil change Dec. 01,2025 everything on the Honda Multi- Point inspection checklist was checked green for satisfactory. Meaning all fluids and brakes were good. The next day one of my lights came on so I called Honda. One of the workers called me back later in the day stating it would be $240.00 to inspect my vehicle to find out what’s wrong with it. I stated to the worker that the light wasn’t on until after the oil change. She said there was nothing she can do. I thought to myself maybe it’s just the weather since everything on the multi- point checklist checked off green. Days later my vehicle started smoking. Honda wasn’t topping off the coolant which caused the radiator to have to be replaced. I was charged 1,348.90. I was at honda from 7:48am until close. When I left with my vehicle I was scared for my life and didn’t feel safe. The workers at Honda are lazy please, please, please for your own safety do not let them touch your vehicle. Over price, take forever and most definitely will destroy your vehicle from negligence then blame the customer.”

“I do not recommend this place to touch your tires. Last year 2024, I came here multiple times due to my tire light coming, on they could never figure out what the problem was. I told my dad about what was going on he told me about a place to take it down the road. So I brought my car to the place my dad recommended to me and he pulled the car in checked my tires, brought it back out said that the Honda place put too much air in the tires so he let out some of the air and I was good to go. My tire light never came back on after that. Yesterday September 24, 2025 I brought my car to Walker Honda to get an oil change and they recommended a tire rotation. So I got those done and 3 other things. The only thing I got done dealing with tires was the rotation. My tire light was not on when I left the Honda place and I got to about the car wash, and the tire light popped on. So I turned back around brought it back and I told them I just left and that my tire light came on not long after I left. The service advisor asked me if the light was on when I came in I said no. She brought it back to the technician, and when the service advisor brought it back to me she said the tech told her that he “didn’t know how to calibrate it” after the rotation. I left with the light off at about 2:40 drove back to work. I left work at 5:24 and the tire light came back on at 5:26. I’m just not understanding, how the Honda techs are having so many problems figuring out the tires. So once again. I do not recommend you to take your vehicle to Walker Honda if it has anything to do with tires.”

“Went with a friend to buy a new Odyssey van today and worked with Courtney Roberts. What a great experience! He and his sales manager, Tony Free, were kind, attentive and went out of their way to earn my friend's business. Without reservation, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.”
