ā€œMy wife and I recently bought a car here and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! David Biggerstaff helped us find the car we were looking for and was wonderful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the process of buying a car for the first time. He encouraged both my wife and me to drive the car to see if we both liked it. We would recommend seeing David if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Thank you, David Biggerstaff!ā€

ā€œI have a 24 Traverse. Noticed a stains where I normally park. Checked the dipstick. NOTHING. What has West Chev done? NOTHING, unless you can consider screening my calls by sending me to a recording that ends up hanging up on you! Did I mention their service department has done all my oil changes?šŸ¤¬ā€

ā€œWe bought a Chevy Trailblazer from Carson Fuller at West Chevrolet last week. It was the best and smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Carson is pleasant and competent. We felt completely comfortable with him and how he dealt with us. The finance manager was also wonderful. We highly recommend West Chevrolet and Carson.ā€

ā€œUpdate below if only I could give zero. I Brought my 2024 truck in for check engine light and traction control service message. They asked if I would be waiting on it, but I needed to leave it. I reached out for information the next few days, and received no details about what was happening with my truck for a full week. I finally got an update that the oil was changed and traction control fixed, but a part to clear the check engine light is on back order. At the end of week 3 now and I still don’t have my truck, and communication from the dealership service department has been sparse and vague. I’m disappointed with Chevy and with this dealership. This will be my last time using this service department even if I have to drive an hour. After 3.5 weeks I picked up my ā€œfixed truckā€ and the service traction control and check engine light came back on as I pulled onto my street in Maryville which is the same problem they took 3.5 weeks to ā€œfixā€. So the wait continues. šŸ˜£ā€

ā€œThe kind of dealer that doesn’t fill up the tank in your new vehicle… Background: I just bought a truck from this dealer because I saw a decent price. First, I had to wait. I came ready for a wire transfer, because I incorrectly presumed that they would be less comfortable letting me drive away the vehicle if I had written a check since I could just call the bank and cancel it. I also thought it would make them feel better if I set up a wire transfer with my bank over the phone in front of their finance people. This turned out to not be the case and I had to wait for the wire to go through before they’d let me take possession of the vehicle. West Chevrolet said they’ve seen people have to wait at the dealership for 5+ hours for a wire to go through. Oddly enough, if I’d brought a check, that would not have been an issue - such a silly policy, but manager ā€œKā€ was certain that he’d hold me to it despite knowing where I live, having a deposit, an email from my bank saying the wire was in process, and having made the wire right in front of his employee. Frustrating to be treated like I hadn’t proven the funds were there and inbound. Second, I *specifically* asked them to clean under the rear seat, where it appeared a water buffalo had spent the night. After being assured they would, I found it just as filthy after driving away. I also drove away with the gas level below half a tank. To each their own, but that is not the way I’d do business if I sold people cars. Finally, a word for my fine salesmen; Brad ā€œall one wordā€ Chambers and Trent Swartout. Both of them were excellent salesmen. Trent even reached out a couple days later to check how it was going. So 3 Stars. In summary, they have good sales people and decent prices from what I saw, but I cannot say I’d recommend this dealership after seeing the service other dealers in Knoxville have since provided to my sister-in-law. There is no excuse for missing the one spot I specifically requested be cleaned, and I don’t think it’s right to cheap out on filling up a gas tank, regardless of new or used. Unfortunately, that’s what happened with West Chevrolet.ā€
