We came back to Twin City Hyundai and were met by Trenton Simpson who made our entire leasing process smooth, relaxing, informative, educational and fun. He's very knowledgeable with his software and all aspects without any pressure at all. It did help that we already knew what we wanted. We even were able to get the color we really liked.

The best car trade experience that I have ever had. I had a unique financial experience going on and the entire staff turned a bad personal experience I had into a very pleasant experience. From the salesperson, Niko, sales managers, Gabe and Ryan, finance, Tony, and overall manager, Eric, they were all fantastic. I will always do business will Twin City Hyundai. This was a super experience and transaction. Thanks to all. John Stinnett

Luke…what can I say. Not your stereotypical ‘salesman’, which I loved. He listened, took notes, didn’t push his agenda, very personable, all that. I enjoyed working with him very much. Also, he made the process quick and smooth, time is valuable and I didn’t want to spend hours in a dealership so he had everything prepared. I would want Luke on my side in business. 5 stars!

Trenton did a great job finding us exactly what we wanted, listening to our needs, and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time answering all of our questions and showing us all the great features in the car we were looking at. We had a very positive experience and would recommend Twin City Hyundai, and Trenton Simpson, our sales professional to take care of finding the right car for all your wants at needs at a fair price.

Beware!!!!!! On Valentine’s Day, my husband and I visited Twin City Hyundai to test drive a 2026 Palisade hybrid. Window sticker price ($61,720) and internet price was $61,220 (pictures attached). Took lots of pictures of the vehicle and the window sticker so we could do some research over the weekend before we made an offer, but I told them they could go ahead and give me their price with and without my trade. The price difference……$500. They were honestly only going to give me a $500 trade-in for my 2013 Avalon hybrid? What a joke!!! So today (2/16), I received a follow-up text from our visit and made what I feel was a reasonable offer. This is where things got a little shady. After submitting my offer to them, I get a text back telling me that their vehicle had a retail value of $65,000 and how did i come up with my number. I proceeded to tell them that the sticker price was not $65,000 when we test drove the vehicle on Saturday, rather $61,720 and that I was using the approximate invoice price plus taxes and fees to come up with my offer. I then get a picture (see attached) from them with an addendum on the vehicle bringing the price up to $64,719. As stated earlier, this addendum was NOT on the car when we test drove it and was obviously put on there this morning. The charge of $2999.00 was for pre-delivery inspection, nitrogen and lifetime bluelink. This car was a dealer transfer because the vehicle had another dealership sticker and license plate tag on it, furthermore, the window sticker said vehicle was ordered and delivered to yet another dealership out of state, so this car has been thru at least 2 dealer transfers. Shouldn't pre-inspection have taken place at the first dealership receiving the vehicle….you would think so! Did they see a female trying to buy a vehicle and they had a bad dealer trade and was trying to get their money back by gouging me…..probably! I was gracious enough to send them a thank you, but I dont want to give my hard earned money to someone that does business like this. Please be careful when doing business with them.
