“If I could give M&F 0 stars, I would. This applies to both the Coors and Academy locations. I purchased an Escalade from them, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. I had to wait until the very last day my temporary tag was about to expire just to finally get a call to pick up my plates. I later took my vehicle to the Coors location for service and received zero communication. No updates, no follow-up—I had to call them myself just to find out if my vehicle was ready. When I finally picked it up, I noticed a scratch and a ding on the driver’s door that was not there before. I contacted corporate and spoke with a manager named Lyric, who assured me the damage would be fixed. I then took my SUV to the Academy location, left it there all day, and came back to find out nothing was actually repaired. They simply buffed the scratch and ignored the rest. Since then, I have tried reaching out to Lyric again and have received no response. This has been an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I strongly do NOT recommend buying a vehicle from M&F.”

He allowed me to do a test drive but understood that I had other test drives to go on and that I had things to do before I could make a decision.
