“I am giving this dealership a bad review because I got my oil change done yesterday on my Volkswagen Taos on 06/28/26. I drove like over three hundreds miles to get an oil change because there’s no VW dealership in the four corners area. So, today I was on my way to work this morning, and I noticed an oil stains in my drive way. So I looked underneath my car, and noticed a lot of oil stains on the pan and the oil was dripping. And, this is only my second oil change, and this is a new vehicle too. Now, I don't want to drive it to work, because I don’t t think it safe to do. I am very upset with the service department, aren’t they suppose to check everything and not do a sloppy job. They should hire people that aren’t lazy, or hire people that know what they are doing! I don't think I will be taking my car there to get an oil change….l have pictures attached. Now, I have to wait for the manager to call me back.”
