“Massive shout-out to Travis and the team at Power Honda for rescuing my family from what was turning into a full-blown road trip disaster. I was driving home from Portland to Medford with my wife and three kids when my Honda Pilot suddenly decided it didn’t feel like piloting anymore. The transmission warning light popped on and the car refused to accelerate
which is not a great feature for a vehicle on the interstate. I managed to limp the car into an RV park like a wounded deer and had it towed after hours to Power Honda. Meanwhile, my family and I piled into a taxi with a driver wearing lead shoes and headed to a hotel while I mentally prepared myself for the kind of repair bill that makes you stare silently at the wall for a few hours. The next morning Travis called me. By that afternoon he had already diagnosed the issue. By the next morning the part had arrived, and by 11 a.m that same morning. we were back on the road. The real plot twist? I was bracing for a several-thousand-dollar transmission repair
but the total came out to about $600. Travis also took the time to explain every diagnostic code and what it meant, which made the whole experience way less stressful. If I ever break down again in Albany again, (second time, different vehicle) Power Honda is my first call!”

“I had a pretty typical experience. I was lied to by Mason from the moment I walked in. I knew the car was at power in Salem but was told that it was actually in Albany so I headed there to check it out. When I got there Mason told me it was on its way from Sweet Home where it was getting detailed. (Weird) He said it will be here in a few Minutes. The car arrived an hour later supper dirty and not detailed. Pretty sure it was in Salem. I was told they would take care of a few paint repairs. I took the car in and only one spot was repair. I was also told they’d look into a second key for the car and give me a call, no call came. I have purchased in the past at power Honda and had great experiences even receiving free oil changes. (not this time)The deal I got for my trade and the price of the car was the only thing that kept me from leaving. I probably will not return.”

“Wow!!! I had such a great experience with the staffs at Power Honda especially Perez. That what a great dealership should be like. They were very professional, kind, knowledgeable, hassle free, and most of all they took care of me when I got there. I got the truck that I wanted and love it. I highly recommend Power Honda to anyone who wants to buy a car and needed a great experience. Thank you for a great service!!!”

“Wife and I Bought a brand new 2026 Honda Passport, our salesman was Uli, he did a phenomenal job with his costumer service! Was patient and efficient with us. He also was very kind, which now a days is not a common thing! Overall their facility was very clean, and that staff was very kind! Overall would recommend Power Honda over Lithia Honda in Salem, which we drove from Salem!”

“Beginning with our call in for service, as the car showed maintenance A-14 was due. Explaining this to the service department, I was surprised to hear that it’s just an oil change needed. Made the appointment with no issues. Upon arrival for the service ‘appointment’, the waiting room was already full, but was told, “it’ll only be an hour.” So we hung around on-site. The wait was actually an hour and 45 minutes, when a service paper organizer (didn’t get his name, the guy who let everyone know that he’s way behind on sorting the paperwork), approached me from behind, with are you Propp? He then began to tell us that a bigger service is due, I stopped him. And asked why this wasn’t told to me when I had originally called for a service A-14. He became louder, as if correcting me, saying yes, the 4 meant this bigger service was due. I let him know we were done here, I just wanted to pay and leave. Up at the paying counter, this guy asks us, is it a full moon moon or something? How rude to try to blame his team’s incompetence on the moon! Or possibly, his immaturity, as another woman suggested, insisted that he say that as an insult to us as women. So much uncomfortable evidence was provided by Power Honda of Albany as a ‘simplified boys club’. Why are there no women employees in site? The car wash, that comes with the service, not only left soap on the windshield, but had big spots missed, left dirty, and unnoticed. Yikes, makes me want to check out the oil change done, is my oil cap on? Women beware! Even the newly renovated restroom for women, was so small of a stall, that most adult women would have a hard time entering and closing the stall door. No need to return here for any reason!”
