“Brought my Pilot there for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, and they were finished 32 minutes later. They also washed my car in that time! I was really happy with the turnaround time. While I was waiting I sat next to a couple trying to replace their car that had major transmission problems. The dealer and sales manager were treating them really well and doing everything they could to give them the most for their junk trade-in while also giving them a good price on the car they wanted to purchase. They were understandably upset that the car they purchased just a few months ago already needed to be replaced, but Power was doing everything they could to help them out. I also looked back at the purchase price for my new Pilot and the amount they gave me for my Highlander trade-in, and I feel like they gave me excellent prices for both. I'm frankly surprised to be giving a car dealer a five star review, but based on the numbers buying my new car, my service experience, and seeing them trying to help out this couple in a bad spot, I think they definitely deserve it.”
