“One of the worst dealerships in the area. Scott from service is rude and unprofessional, talks to you like you are a peasant. Situation even gets better with the assistance Service manager Jason wanting to fist fight when he finds out he is wrong. That dealership is one big Mickey Mouse operation.”

“Purchased a used 2018 impala with 17k miles. Most part good car but customer service is terrible. Even management never called me back. Guy named Glen service was rude and disrespectful and when I sold car I purchased a extended warranty and was owed some back as I sold car 13 months after buying it. And it took 5 weeks to get refund back. Finance Manger Noah was dragging his feet. Also was told by other finance manager didn't need certain paperwork to get refund which Noah I did delayed it weeks. Over all a 1 out of 5 once they have ur money they don't even call u back. Salesman nick was kinda new and it showed but over all he gets a 3 out of 5.”
